He was predeceased by: his parents, Caremelo Borrero Lugo and Adela Rivera Lugo; and his sibling Nayda Borrero. He is survived by: his wife Mayra Borrero; his children, Wendy Mincieli (Robert), Heidi Calderon (Richard) and Johnson Borrero, Jr. (Gabrielle); his grandchildren, Juan Martinez Jr. (Zoe), Emily Martinez, Richard Calderon Jr., Ryan Calderon and Aurora Borrero; his great grandchild Stella Martinez; and his siblings, Noel, Raul, Edwin, Gloria, Sonia, Billy, Rosaly, Regalada, Ruben, Jason, Ivan and Rosa Borrero. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
