He was predeceased by: his mother Maureen O'Gara Minnick. He is survived by: his father Joseph R. Minnick Sr.; his siblings, Jennifer Brennan (Kevin) of Oceanport and Patrick O'Gara Minnick of Atlantic Highlands; his nieces, Meghan Pawlak and Emily Minnick; and his nephew Christopher Pawlak.
A memorial gathering was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ely Funeral Home (3316 NJ-33, Neptune City, NJ 07753).
