He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Monahan and Marion Monahan; his siblings, Edward, Peter, Robert, Eleanor, Elizabeth, Mary Jane and Patricia; his nephew Robert Glenn; his sister-in-law Rosemary Hunt; and his father-in-law Patrick Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Monahan; his children, Bridget Monahan-Antonucci (Peter Antonucci) of Red Bank, NJ, Michael Monahan (Heather Monahan) of Wall, NJ and Brendan Monahan (Holly Monahan) of East Brunswick, NJ; his grandchildren, Patrick, Francesca Antonucci, Taylor Monahan, Devan, Carter, Shaylee and Brynley Monahan; and his brother Kevin Monahan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws.
