She is survived by: her sister Michelle Stephens (Thomas) of Cliffwood, NJ; her children, Yvette Van of Ewing, NJ, Tiela Gibbs (Nicholas) of Somerset, NJ and James Van of Hazlet, NJ; and her grandchild Shareeha Van of Sayreville, NJ. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and her church family.
