He is survived by: his siblings, Annette Kelley of Stockbridge, GA, Darlene Dorsey of Carrollton, GA, Marleen Rutledge of Carrollton, GA, Sylvia Dorsey of Newnan, GA, Timothy Kelley of Eatonton, GA, Anthony Kelley (Evelyn) of Stone Mountain, GA and Dwight Dorsey of Carrollton, GA; his goddaughter Ikadasia Colbert; his grandchildren, Otinasia Thomas of Long Branch, James Thomas III of Long Branch, Otis Jackson II of Long Branch, Kadeem McCullers of Long Branch and Mickey Mackason of Long Branch; and his friends, Otina Jackson and Karen Patterson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
