He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Coger and Richard Coger Sr.; his sister Sheri Coger; and his grandmother Rose Lee Lawrence. He is survived by: his daughter Shakyra Gilliard-Coger of Long Branch; and his brothers, Reggie Smith (Jackie) of Lakewood and Richard Coger Jr. of Asbury Park. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
