It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Carter (Long Branch, New Jersey), born in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Carter and Janet Bond Carter; his siblings, Leora Strong, Betty Jane Carter, Diann Gary, Ernest Carter, Arthur "Chick" Carter, Henry Carter and Charles Carter; and his children, Thomas A. Carter, Jr. (Thomas), Darlene Carter, Pamela Carter of Plainfield, NJ, Michael Carter, Darren Carter (Myra) of Neptune, NJ, Keith Carter (Heather) of Edison, NJ and Brian Carter (Wanza Carter) of Plainfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
