He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kjellberg Cantillo; his children, Lauren Johnstone (James) and David Cantillo (Gina); his stepchildren, Zachary Kjellberg and Karleigh Kjellberg; his sisters, Sharon Cantillo and Stefanie Cantillo Hull; his brother-in-law Derek Hull; his grandchildren, McKenna, Emily, Addison, Mackenzie and Hunter; his nephew Jared Kight; his nieces, Ashley DeAzevedo and Hayley Serena Canete; and his close friend Carmine DelSordi.
