We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2025, at the age of 91, William Singleton (Long Branch, New Jersey), born in Raymond, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Atieno Singleton; his son Hanani Shelomo; and his brother Billy Ray Holmes.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Lawson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (243 Broadway, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
