He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert and Florence Carter; his sister Barbara Ann; his wife Barbara Carter; his children, Rick Carter, Rebecca Hancock, Rachel Carter and Sarah Panella; and his pet Autumn. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren.
