She was predeceased by: her father Stephen E. Cramer; her son Craig Scott Freeborn; and her siblings, Charlene Taylor, Jean Van Ness, Gary Cramer and C. David Crotsley.

She is survived by: her children, Michael David Freeborn (Rose), Denise Freeborn Polowy (Edward), Donna Freeborn Olsyn (Michael) and Diane Freeborn Kretsch (Tom); and her brother Larry Crotsley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.

She volunteered in many aspects, especially with the American Cancer Society and Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice of Warren County where she received a certificate of appreciation for loyal and valuable service for her volunteerism during the 1980's.
