He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Mazurek and Viola Mazurek (Sadowski); and his brother Edward Mazurek. He is survived by : his wife Noreen Mazurek (Semon); his children, Gregory Mazurek (Kathryn) and Lauren Mazurek; his grandchildren, Steven and Madalyn; his siblings, Janet Kriehn and Charles Mazurek; his sister-in-law Janis Lane; his mother-in-law Doris Carroll; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Corey, Brittany and Melinda.
