We announce the death of Anna D. Eldred of Longport, New Jersey, who passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 92. Anna will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Anna will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Anna’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gross and Helen Gross; her husband Joseph Eldred; and her siblings, Herman Gross and Helen King.
She is survived by: her brother Francis Gross (Madelyn). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Church (100 Willow Bend Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery-Cheltenham.
