She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Rockey and Shirley Rockey. She is survived by : her husband Michael W. Higgins; her son Michael William Higgins (Destinee); her grandson Nathaniel Higgins; and her siblings, Donna Bernath (Bruce), Gail Bilotta (Ronnie) and Robert Rockey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
