She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas DiCamillo and Rose DiCamillo; and her sister Carole DiCamillo Villanova. She is survived by: her husband Martin Bernardo; her children, Danine Bernardo-Meloni and David Bernardo; her children-in-law, Marco Meloni and Diana Tenuto Bernardo; her grandchildren, Reese Elizabeth and Isabel Rose Bernardo; and her sister Judy Messineo.
