She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Puccio and Lena Puccio; her husband Anthony Lofrano; and her sister Mary Anne Klotz. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Lofrano and Toni Anne DeLeonardis; her grandchildren, Briel, Paige and Joey; her niece Sharon Lewis-Kish; and her great-nieces, Sheri Lewis, Shannon Kish-Greiss and Mary Anne Kish. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Terry's honor which reflects her compassion and desire to support others.
