He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Katherine; his brother Brian Doherty; his wife Mildred (Halloran); his children, Vincent of Chatham, Jeffery of Lyndhurst and Nancy (Tommy) of Lyndhurst; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Gabriella and Michaela; Rusty.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Vincent's memory to a veterans' charity or to St. Michael's Church, honoring his lifelong faith and service.
