She was predeceased by : her husband Edward T. Stofik; her son Donald Stofik; and her sister Mary Polise. She is survived by : her children, Joan Maulbeck (Gregor) and David Stofik (Janet); her daughter-in-law Patricia Stofik; her sister Joan Usavage of Exeter, PA; her grandchildren, Mark Stofik, Daniel Stofik, Kevin Stofik, Melissa Folino, Brian Stofik and Jason Maulbeck; and her great grandchildren, Megan Stofik, Courtney Stofik, Mason and Axel Folino.
