He was predeceased by: his parents, Philomena Mezzacca and Joseph Mezzacca, Sr.; and his brother Joseph Mezzacca, Jr. of Madison, NJ.. He is survived by: his sister Ann Marie Mezzacca-Berlino (Frank) of Naperville, IL.; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Mezzacca, Marc Mezzacca (Tamar), Kristina Berlino-Violick (Kevin) and Jacyln Berlino-Duszynski (Joe). He is also survived by four great nieces and one great nephew.
Donations may be made in Anthony's memory to the Morristown Medical Center Cancer Center or Morristown Medical Center ICU, Morristown, NJ.
