He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio D'Amato and Margherita D'Amato. He is survived by: his wife Philomena D'Amato; and his children, Antonio D'Amato, Annamaria D'Amato (Charles Tennyson) and Gabriella D'Amato (Michael DeOre). He is also survived by his brother, as well as extended family including nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
