He was predeceased by: his daughter Gwynevere. He is survived by: his siblings, Anthony, James McGuirk and Carol (John Allocca); and his siblings' children, Narong Tibarn, Nongluk, Bruce Turnbull, Anthony, Stephanie Allocca, Sean, Yana Allocca, Daniel, Nicole Allocca, Jimmy, Vallorie Tibarn, Kenny, Melina Tibarn, Stephanie Turnbull and Brandon Gambino. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Desmond's memory to Good Grief, a nonprofit organization that provides free support to children, teens, young adults, and their caregivers after the death of a family member.
