She was predeceased by: her significant other Tom Burke; and her parents, Paul T. Mayfield and Marie A. Mayfield. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Pickell of Holladay and James Pickell of Newport Beach, California; her siblings, Elaine Mayfield Swanson of Pickett, Wisconsin and Mark Mayfield of Wever, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Derek Pickell, Samantha Pickell, Byron Pickell and Madison Pickell.
