He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Ellen Karl and Greg Hoover; and his father John. He is survived by: his children, John T. Hoover (Susan), Kevin P. Hoover (Janet) and Lynne Ann Hoover; his grandchildren, Ryan Hoover, Thomas Hoover, Mariam Del Valle, Sean Hoover, Johnathan Castro, Francine Galyas, Rachel Galyas, Kaylin Mattingly Hoover and Krista Torre Hoover; and his brother Robert Hoover (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and many dear friends.
