He was predeceased by : his wife Anna Palazzi; his siblings, Frank Palazzi (Bettsy) and Orsala Allocca (Guy); and his parents, Thomas Palazzi and Rose Palazzi.

He is survived by : his sister Carmella Bocchino (Victor) of Madison; and his nieces and nephews, Carmella, Joe, Vicki, Patty, Victoria, Christopher and Beth. He is also survived by numerous extended family members & dear friends.
