Joyce Lois Alexander Obituary
In loving memory of Joyce Lois Alexander of Madison, New Jersey, who departed this world on October 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Joyce leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Newfield and Lois Hafner Newfield; her sister Lynne Byron; and her husband Eugene "Gene" R. Alexander. She is survived by: her children, Eugene, Jr. of Convent Station, NJ, Jennifer Vessecchia of Chatham, NJ and Megan Molique of Richmond, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Devon, Noelle, Luca, Marco, Jude, Ethan and Riley; and her close friends, Thelma and Marilyn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Episcopal Church (4 Madison Ave, Madison, NJ 07940).
In lieu of flowers, the Alexander family kindly requests that donations be made in Joyce's memory to the Madison Volunteer Ambulance Corps (madisonems.org/donate).
