She was predeceased by: her husband Neal Kramer; her parents, Leonard Izbicki and Sara H. Izbicki; and her siblings, Elaine Miller and Edward Izbicki.

She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Witschard, Margaret Hollabaugh (Richard) and Michael Izbicki (Lisa); her siblings-in-law, David Miller and Catherine Izbicki; and her siblings' children, Joanne Miller, Sarah Izbicki, Patrick Miller, Thomas Miller, Jason Izbicki, Timothy Hollabaugh and Andrew Hollabaugh.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Misty's memory to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center (https://www.sthuberts.org.).
