He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Boylan and Kathleen Boylan; and his brother Thomas Boylan. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Eliza Santana (Omar), Peter and Andrew; his sister Kathleen Muldoon; his granddaughter Cecilia; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Eddie, Liam, Meaghan (John), Katie (Alex), Meghan (Kieran) and Mary Kate.
