He was predeceased by: his father Wallace. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda (Kelly Harrington) and Bethany (Tory Bingaman); and his siblings, Thomas Rack (Maryanne), Gary Rack (Joanne), Eric Rack (Debbie) and Lori Rack. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
