She was predeceased by: her daughter Toni Scotti; her granddaughter Sarah Sacco; her siblings, Julia Martinko and John Indrisek; her parents, Jan Indrisek and Katerina Indrisek; and her husband Anthony J. Donato.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Rooney (Jay), Lee Anne Stanley (Jerome), Karen Donato and Laurie Mindnich (Stephen); her son-in-law Gary Scotti; and her grandchildren, Jason Sacco, Jonathan Sacco (Krystle), Brynn Finn (Evan), Jerome Stanley, Jr. (Katie), Jacqueline Connors (Keith), TJ Stanley, Kelli Albert (Michael), Veronica Dipini (Zak), Katerina La Morgese, Andrew Mindnich, Christopher Mindnich (Kevin Dowling) and Peter Mindnich (Kelsey). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many loved nieces, nephews & extended family members, and many lifelong friends.
