She is survived by: her grandson Saint John Forschner; her great grandchildren, Arica Bonnell, Douglas Bonnell Jr., Mariah, Raina Lefkowitz, Elijah, Jeremiah Jones, Mia Guild, Jasmine James and Justice Forschner; her great great grandchildren, Kassidy, Armani, Anthony and Alaisa; and her grandchildren, Megan Reilly, Jamie Reilly, Donald Link, Eva, Ian, Sloane and Annie Rough.
