He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his son Benjamin (Jada); his grandson William Samuel; his son Samuel (Lauren); his parents, William Klepper and Susan Klepper; his siblings, Caroline Ciraolo (Ron) and Michael Klepper (Andee); his siblings-in-law, Hank Zuczek and Lisa Guarini (Vincent); and his siblings' children, Gabrielle Ciraolo, Nicholas Ciraolo, Kayleen Gibbs (TJ), Elissa Bancroft, Madison Kelly (Patrick), Sean Meara (Christa), Kelsey Meara (Scott) and Kristen Meara.

Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Madison Memorial (159 Main St, Madison, NJ 07940). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Martyr Church (26 Green Village Rd, Madison, NJ 07940).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Jake P. Mocko Memorial Scholarship (https://www.madisonareaymca.org), a cause that was close to Bill's heart.
