He was predeceased by: his child Cameron Lyon; and his sister Deborah Comer. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his child Kelly Motter (Robert); his grandchildren, Ethan, Katie, Sarah Lyon, Jason and Avery Rogers; and his close friend Shelly.
