He was predeceased by: his significant other Tillie (LoBiondo); and his sister Viola Breda Conserva. He is survived by: his children, Linda Neely (Dean) of Greenwich, CT and Jeffrey Breda (Melissa) of Boonton Twp; his grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer Breda and Catherine Neely; his siblings, Albert Breda of Orlando, FL and Emma Breda Costantin of Cincinnati, OH; his brother-in-law Dr. Martin Conserva of Clifton; and his cousin Jane Belli McHugh of Pompton Plains, NJ.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Leo's family's concern for everyone's safety, all services will be private.
