She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Wasielewski (Radziwanowski) and Theodore Wasielewski; and her brother Theophil R. Wasielewski. She is survived by: her aunt Stephanie Radziwanowski; and her children, Both Regina Elizabeth and Alix Waz.
