He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his siblings, Stephen Palecek (Mary), Geraldine Gargiulo (Neil) and Joan Lachnicht (Harold); his nieces and nephews, Stephen Ryan, Jennifer Couse (Chris), David Palecek (Dawn), Beth Palecek, Laura Agresta (Edmund), Megan Lachnicht, Kara Neal (Sean) and Krista Gargiulo; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Conor, Julian, Emma, Owen, Elle, Elizabeth, Ethan, Edmund, Giuliana, Chianna, Mackenzie and Averie; his siblings-in-law, Claudia Zebell, Les Moretti (Kimi) and Heidi Duckett (Robert); his children, Blake, Craig (Belicia), Anne, Bryce, Trevor and Robert; his grandson Jahn (Joe Dacchille); Beverly Palecek. He is also survived by his family especially his nieces, nephews and their kids.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richie's name to the Community Food Bank of NJ or PETS FOR VETS.
