“Hi I'm Marcello Pementil one of Sams friends and co worker at Avenir Memory Care in Las Vegas I just want to say Sam was one of our best employees here in our kitchen. It was great working with him he always worked hard and never had any problems he was a very nice person everybody loved him. I'm sorry he passed away I was really shocked and sad about it and everyone in our kitchen was so sad to here he was gone. Now he will have a much better life in heaven and I will never forget him.”
