He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Hepworth; his son David Hepworth; and his sisters, Marilyn Daly and Elaine Matt. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Losardo (John), Raymond Muszynski (Cindy), Donna Muller and Susan O'Rouke; his grandchildren, Johnny, Megan, Samantha, Allison, Ken, Amy, Thomas, Jeffrey, Lauren and Abby; his great grandchildren, Joey, Stella, Grace, Madelyn and Cali; and his friend Steve Copeland.
