She was predeceased by: her parents, John Melleky and Mildred Melleky. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Capozzi (James), Edward Patrick (Cyndi) and Thomas Patrick (Patty); her grandchildren, Jimmy, Nicholas, Christopher, Jack and Anna Grace; her great grandchildren, Emmett and Shirley; and her siblings, Carol Dayer and Robert Melleky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
