She was predeceased by : her children, Kanwarjit Singh Chhatwal, Surjit Singh Chhatwal, Gurprit Singh Chhatwal and Ravinder Kaur Marwah; her children-in-law, Sant Singh Chawla, Pradhuman Singh Marwah and Savinder Kaur Chhatwal; and her grandson Harvinder Singh Marwah.

She is survived by : her daughters, Harbans Kaur Chawla and Diljit Kaur Chhatwal; and her children-in-law, Balwant Kaur Chhatwal, Swaran Kaur Chhatwal and Charanjit Singh Chhatwal. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
