He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cerafice and Rose Cerafice; and his brother Alfred Cerafice (Barbara). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Cerafice; his children, Gregory Cerafice (Ruben), Thomas Cerafice (Danniella), Darlene Cerafice (Joe), Dawn Cerafice (Joe) and Dayna Cerafice (Vincent); his grandchildren, Bryan, Dylan, Ryan, Ethan and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Donovan and Dmitri.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (344 US-9, Englishtown, NJ 07726). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Gabriel's Historial Church (549 County Rd 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Thomas' name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
