He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cerafice and Rose Cerafice; and his brother Alfred Cerafice (Barbara). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Cerafice; his children, Gregory Cerafice (Ruben), Thomas Cerafice (Danniella), Darlene Cerafice (Joe), Dawn Cerafice (Joe) and Dayna Cerafice (Vincent); his grandchildren, Bryan, Dylan, Ryan, Ethan and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Donovan and Dmitri.
