He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Sutphin and Shirley Sutphin (Wolcott); his siblings, Craig and Lynn; and his niece Christie.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his son Anthony; his daughter-in-law Margaret Fox; his pets, Mabel, Annie, Luke and Matilda; and his close friend Donna Bradach. He is also survived by brother-in-law, seven sisters-in-law, seven nephews, four nieces, three grand-nephews, two grand-nieces.
