He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Polomski and Henrietta Polomski; his wife Ellen Polomski; and his grandfather Joe. He is survived by: his brother Peter; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Polomski; his sisters, Francis Szelesta and Lauraine; his brother-in-law Louie Ponce; his siblings' children, Gail Richard, Lynda Dolecheck and Ronald Polomski; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Evan Richard, Carlye Paskow, Juliette, Annice and Aaron Polomski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family kindly requests that any memorial contributions be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation for Veterans.
