He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Maloney and Bridget Maloney (O'Halloran); his mother-in-law Kathleen Laughery; and his brother-in-law Joseph Laughery. He is survived by: his wife Carroll Laughery; his siblings, Patsy McDonnell (Hugh), Mary Teresa Brabazon (John), Michael Maloney (Liz), Catherine Ping (Michael) and Patrick Maloney; his nieces, Grainne, Sinéad and Fiona; his nephew David; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucy, Maximus and Aodhla.
