He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Powell (McCann); his parents, Frank Powell and Gertrude Powell; and his brother Francis Powell. He is survived by: his children, Steven Powell (Michelle) of Westfield and Kelly Fey (Robert) of Howell; his siblings, PJ Powell of Nutley and Judy Giuriceo of Nutley; his grandchildren, Connor, Sophia and William; and his brother Frank. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to the American Heart Association.
