She is survived by: her children, Stephen R Hess and Karen Kwiatkowski (Mark); and her grandchildren, Lori McGuinness (Brian), Kristy Hlavenka (Larry), Kelly Porter (Brandon), Jill Myzner (Sean) and Mark Kwiatkowski Jr. (Christina). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
