She was predeceased by: her parents, Vito Marchello and Mary Marchello; her brother Sal Marchello; her former husband Dennis Ferra; and her pet Jack Daniels.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle DeLisio-Keeler; her husband Michael DeLisio (Colleen); her grandchildren, Brianna, Gianna, John J., Kharn, Kaylin and Sal; her pet Zero; her sisters, Josephine Terranova (John) and Maria Bennett (Michael); her sister-in-law Jeannie Marchello; her niece Marissa Marchello; and her nephew Nicholas Marchello (Kirsten Walengewicz).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phyllis's memory to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital Research Foundation.
