He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Newnom; his children, John K Newnom (Lori), Michael T Newnom (Kelly), Donna Cure (Mark Cure), Laurie Newnom-Trimarchi (Mike Trimarchi) and Danielle Flanagan (Brian Flanagan); his siblings, Donald Newnom and Margaret Purdie; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Michael, Kevin, Nicole, Tyler, Christine and Ryan.
