He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Evy" Garrison; his children, Christie O'Brien (Adam), Diana Ehlers (Michael), Laura Macaluso (Anthony), Joey Hrunka (Jeffrey Petersen) and Megan Turner (David); his grandchildren, Kate O'Brien, Gracie Ehlers, Wesley Ehlers, Christian Macaluso, Adeline Macaluso and Tommy Turner; his siblings, Margaret Diamond and Michael Hrunka (Stella); and his siblings-in-law, James Garrison, John Garrison, William Garrison (Midge), Cathy Tourtillott and Joan Garrison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson Memorial (310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (94 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701).
