She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn O'Brien and John "Jack" W. O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Steve Leitner; her children, Tara Leitner-Merendino (Riccardo), Joshua Leitner (Natascha) and Christopher Leitner (Robyn); her grandchildren, Indigo, Zeneida, Milo and Liam; and her siblings, Barbara Winch and Tom O'Brien. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
