We announce the death of Constance Joubert (Manville, New Jersey), who passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 89. Constance will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Constance will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Constance’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie; and her son James "Jimmy". She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Joubert, Gregg Joubert and Jessica Joubert (Kevin Tokash); her grandchildren, Erica and Jonathon Velander; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Maya; and her siblings, Hank Sarnoski (Dee) and Nancy Gaston.
To honor Connie's memory and her lifelong love of horses, family and friends are invited to make a donation to a horse rescue, equine therapy program, or other animal welfare organization of their choice.
